Part 1: Preserving the Integrity and the Values of Non-adversarial Processes. Understanding the best practices and ethics involved in continuing or deciding to terminate those mediations and collaborations that no longer maintain the integrity of the defined process is essential. In Part 1, we will review the existing standards and we will recommend additional standards needed for situations where termination is the most ethical path to follow.
