Screening requires leaning in to potential discomfort. The process of screening is simply being aware and giving attention to each moment – what is going on and how you are reacting to it.

Notice your reactions along the way as you gather information. The calm that comes with accepting your reactions as you gather information allows you to proceed with clarity.  Can you make sound decisions - without rushing to judgment - concerning whether this is the right process for your clients and for you?
